All sales are final — no returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or has a production issue, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us for a replacement or refund review.

Please allow 8-10 business days for production on all items marked “made to order”

All domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage We currently don’t offer expedited shipping or combined shipping for multiple orders.

CRNRSTRE is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
We are responsible for any orders lost or damaged during transit — we’ll handle the carrier claim on your behalf.

Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once your order has been fulfilled.

If tracking doesn’t update within 3 days after your shipping confirmation, email crnrstre@gmail.com for assistance.

For international orders: any customs fees, taxes, or import duties will be billed directly by your country’s customs office once your package arrives and are the responsibility of the buyer.
